I am very frustrated right now. I can't change my header on blogger. It won't let me upload my image. I am seriously considering changing to another blogging company!
If there is anyone that can help me I would really appreciate it!

I wish I could help but I had the same thing happen to me. It would'nt let me load mine, I am haveing a new blog designed for next year along with my new website. If you find out how to get it done please let me know.
try this. rather than clicking in the box, click on the word title right next to that box. You should be able to enter title now.
